Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied and confident in the gear and equipment you've purchased. If for any reason you have concerns or questions regarding your merchandise, please do not hesitate to chat with one of our retail associates and we'd be happy to address your concerns.

Returning Items

You may return any new, unopened/unused items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or in-store credit only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You can expect to receive refunds within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to any address within Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, such as bikes and heavy items like bike racks. Some exceptions can be made on a case-per-case basis.

When you place an order, our website will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Our Pricing for shipping is as follows, based on the sub-total amount in your cart:
$0 - $50: $12.99
$50 - $150: $15.99
$150 or more: $19.99

Please also note that the shipping rates for items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and estimated accordingly to factor in packaging materials.
