At Alpenland, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for credit or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Return authorization must be approved within 14 business days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received and undamaged.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@alpenland.ca or call 403-329-6099 to request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our fault, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s). A 10% restocking fee will apply unless the return is due to our fault.
Condition of Items
- Items must be undamaged and in original condition to be eligible for return.
- Unsellable items will not be accepted for credit or exchange and will be returned at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on sale at 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before processing for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after processing but before shipping will incur a 5% processing fee.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will incur a 10% processing fee unless the return is due to our fault.
- Full refunds are only provided for orders where we have incorrectly fulfilled the requested products. Full refunds will not be issued for purchaser mistakes (i.e. selected the wrong product, incorrect quantity). If an item is missing from the order, it does not qualify for a full refund, as the issue can be resolved by sending the missing item.
"Final Sale" Items
These are items that are not accepted for return:
- Any item(s) whose sale equals to or surpasses 30% off of the regular price.
- All Helmets
- Shammies
- Ski / Snowboard Boots
- Ski / Snowboard Goggles
Afterpay
Refunds
If you return an item purchased with Afterpay, the refund will be processed through Afterpay. You will receive a refund for the amount paid to date, and any remaining installments will be canceled. For more information, visit Afterpay's Refund Policy (Returns/ Refunds – Afterpay).
Return Process
To return an item purchased with Afterpay, follow our standard return process. Once the return is approved, Afterpay will be notified, and your refund will be processed.
