Shipping Options and Costs

We offer local shipping options within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated using flat rates based on the item type:

• E-Bikes: $199.99
• Heavy Items: $79.99 (Bikes, Some heavier racks)
• Oversized Items: $50 (Skis, Snowboards, Wakeboards, etc.)
• Large Items: $25 (Life jackets, large bike pumps)
• Default Rate: $19.99

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

Shipping Insurance

If you are interested in shipping insurance please contact us via email or phone. Insurance will incur an additional payment that will be invoiced separately. No shipping insurance is available on orders over $10,000 (shipping insurance costs around 1% of the total cost of goods+tax with a insurance cap at $100) or on orders that weigh 50lbs or more. Adding shipping insurance makes a signature required in order to receive your parcel.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If an item is at another location, we may contact you regarding a potential delay in processing. Delivery times are estimated at 2-10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is available upon request, and if requested, we will send a separate invoice for the additional cost.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase for in-store purchases. For online orders, payment is captured upon fulfillment of the order. We accept various payment methods:

Pricing Policy

We make every effort to ensure that product prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. In the rare event of a pricing error, such as a discrepancy between the listed price and the actual price at checkout, we reserve the right to correct the error before accepting the order.

Notification of Pricing Error

If a pricing error is identified, we will promptly notify affected customers via email or phone. The notification will include details of the error, the correct price, and options available to the customer.

Order Adjustments

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, we may, at our discretion, take one of the following actions:

• Offer to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
• Provide the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price.

We will communicate these options clearly to the customer and respect their decision. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and maintain trust between Alpenland and our valued customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the rare event of a pricing error.

Afterpay

Payment Methods

Order Processing

Orders paid with Afterpay are processed in the same manner as other payment methods. Your order will be shipped once the first installment is paid.
